How do I find all of my invoices? The invoices you have created can be found in the “Money” tab.

Can I download my Invoice? Certainly! After entering the necessary fields of the invoice template you will see a “send” button at the bottom of the page. By clicking the downwards arrow next to the “send” button you can select “save & print” this will create the invoice as a PDF document.

Can I duplicate an invoice? Yes, instead of selecting “send” at the completion of the invoice select the drop down box and select “duplicate”, this will create another invoice to be found within the “Money” tab.

Can I send my invoice outside of Honcho? Yes! Simply download your invoice and you will have a copy to send through your avenue of choice.

Can I add my own logo to the invoice? Yes! When creating the invoice you will see an option to “add logo”.

How do I set up Honcho Pay with my invoice? When creating the invoice you will see an option at the bottom of the screen to “turn on” direct online payments, this will take you through to a screen to “activate” Honcho Pay. Or within the “money tab” select “start taking payments”.

How do I use Honcho Invoicing without Honcho Pay? By selecting the “off” function at the bottom of the invoice, your customer will be sent an invoice with bank account details for a bank transfer payment

What does “Export CSV” mean? CSV is a simple file format used to store tabular data, such as a spreadsheet or database. Files in the CSV format can be imported to and exported from programs that store data in tables, such as Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice or Google Sheets.
