How can I top up with more credit? You can top up your Honcho Phone with credit at any time. Simply select the “Phone” tab within your account and the amount you would like, you will be directed to a payment page.
How do I activate the number? Once you have selected a phone number and completed your Honcho Phone application an email will be sent through with confirmation and steps to finalise the redirection of calls.
Can I change my phone number? Yes, you will have the option to change your Honcho Phone number up to 5 times.
Can I choose my phone number? Certainly. You will select the state your business trades within, and will be shown 5 different phone number combinations. If you don’t like any of the options you can shuffle the numbers until you find one that’s right for you.
Can I cancel at any time? Yes, there are no lock in contracts. You can cancel at any time. Simply send us an email or phone our customer service line.
Can I have more than one phone number? No, currently you are only able to have one Honcho Phone phone number per each Honcho subscription. Please let us know if you will need more.
Can I change the phone number Honcho phone redirects to? Yes, you will be able to change the phone number at anytime within your account, or we can do this for you.
Am I notified if I am low on credit? Yes, you will receive notifications via text message and in your Honcho account.
